POETRY - EROTIC: THIS STORM

What prickly air wakes me in the morning?
It is my love with promises of a
log thick and long to warm me to my bones,
a string of beads to titillate close
to the spine as lightning strikes a timbre
appeasing his lusty song with my own,
a warm, moist cave with its wicked snake
drawing in the tips of mountains to furl
as they are wrapped in waves of suckled heat,
a fountain to fill my desirous mouth,
and breathy words of want that make me his
as he embraces me in this early storm.
