Ambiguous Shades of Your Love

Real love is never perplexed, never qualifies, never rejects, never demands. It replenishes by grace of restoring unlimited circulation. It burns because it knows the true meaning of sacrifice. It is life illuminated. Henry Miller

Synthetic highways in the first folded light,
nonmusical yet rhythmic beats of familiarity,
minimalist imaginings of Rapunzel’s wealth,
whispers dancing in the paleness of moonlight,
evening paper embers becoming wildfires,
distorted photographs of conditioned responses
consumed by a wayward soul cast to the sea
and
expelled as vintage whispers in a moment of tranquility.
